How can Home Selling Service only charge 4% commission?

We are true professionals who have been able to keep our overhead low by working from our home offices.  We can and will give you all the service, and we believe better communication, while saving you the seller, usually 2% at the time of closing.

We have reduced print advertising too, as even the National Association of Realtors admits that print advertising is NOT an effective tool in this age to sell property.  The internet has changed marketing forever.

What services do we get?

You still get all the standard brokerage services.  12 professional photos, electronic lock box, Showing Service to set appointments, full MLS and internet site advertising, expert negotiations during offer stage, help negotiating any home inspection issues, and reviewing the closing documents with you and making sure you have a successful closing.

Will other Realtors show our house?

Dolly Moore, owner and broker of Home Selling Service, could not consistently be in the top 10 of total sales in Hendersonville MLS, and top 20 of total sales in Asheville Board of Realtors without the cooperation of other Realtors showing our homes.  She has a reputation for knowing her business, dealing fairly and ethically with cooperating brokers, and handling negotiations quickly. 

What is the length of the contract?

Typically Home Selling Service listing contracts were written for 6 months. Unfortunately with this challenging market we are in the average sale time of a home is 8 months. Most realtors now are writing 1 year contracts, but with our success rate, our listing contract now is only for 8 months. If you are ever unhappy for any reason, we will release you from your contract.

When can we start?
