Dolly M. Moore, the Broker in Charge
of Home $elling $ervice, has been a Real Estate Professional for over 20
years. She started Home $elling $ervice in March 17, 2006 in
Hendersonville and has been in the top 15 of Realtors in sales for the
Henderson Board of Realtors (HBOR) since her first full year on her own.
Her success has increased since the company inception. She ended 2008 as the # 8 top selling agent in the HBOR.
In 2009 her total sales landed her in the # 5 spot in the Hendersonville MLS and the # 12 spot in the Asheville Board of Realtors.
Currently in 2010 YTD she is in the top 10 in HBOR and the top 20 in total sales in ABOR. These are her own personal statistics. Many agents now are working as teams, but she enjoys working directly with her clients on a one-on-one basis.
Being a transplant to WNC, she brought the Flat Fee concept with her from
Ohio, where she was extremely successful with helping sellers save
substantial money while providing all the services of a traditional realtor.
She has also expanded to now include full ‘traditional realtor services’ for
only 4% commission. Home $elling $ervice cooperates 3% to ‘buyer’s
agents’ from the 4% charged to our sellers, so Realtors never hesitate to
show our listings.
